Returns & Refunds

We strive to describe all our goods as clearly and accurately as possible, before buying please check the description to make sure this is the product you require, if in doubt please email us any questions first, we will respond as soon as we can.

Refunds:- Under the current Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the sale and return the goods at your expense, for a refund within 30 days. Please be aware that the goods must be received back in NEW resalable condition and until the goods are received back, you are fully responsible to keep them in good unused new condition, we recommend you pack them carefully so no damage occurs in transit. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable and return Postage/Courier costs are your responsibility unless faulty as described below.

Faulty Goods:- In the rare event of goods being received faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a free postage paid return, you will be offered a replacement (if available) or a full refund of all money paid including postage, whichever you prefer.

Without exception all returns must be in an unused, brand new resalable condition and in original packaging with tags/chargers/cables (if any) and any enclosed paperwork included, we regret that refunds cannot be made if not. If any damage is obviously post related, please keep all outer packaging so that it can be checked by the carrier and a claim can be made from them.

Any available, manufacturer’s guarantees are included (clocks etc.) and are given over and above your statutory rights.

Refund Payments:- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take a longer time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
