Goods are despatched within 24 hours, often same day (Excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays).

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £35.00 or a maximum of only £2.95 for orders less than this. Standard delivery is despatched via courier with an expected delivery of 3 – 5 working days.

An expedited priority tracked delivery is available at extra cost, choose this option at checkout. Priority delivery is despatched via Royal Mail with an expected delivery of 1 – 2 working days.

We can supply tracking numbers and proof of posting for all our despatched goods, this means in the rare event of a delay, non-delivery or problem with your order we can chase up the delivery company.

We take great care with our packaging, if any items you receive are damaged, please contact us straight away. If any damage is obviously post related, please keep all outer packaging so that it can be checked by the carrier and a claim can be made from them.
Any available, manufacturer’s guarantees are included (clocks etc.) and are given over and above your statutory rights.

At this time delivery is only available to the United Kingdom, International options may become available in the future.

Serendipity Gifts is unable to provide compensation for late deliveries that are out of our control. Compensation will not be provided for consequential losses.
